Qualifications/required skills:
 Secondary school
 Profound knowledge within the Banking operations
 Service orientation with excellent telephone, communication and negotiation skills
 Strong problem solving skills, accuracy, integrated thinking and ability to work independently
 Very good written and spoken English, while German at least on basic level might be an additional asset

Personal Requirements:
 High Level of Time Flexibility: the employee has to be very flexible (frequently overtimes, working on public holidays)
 To be able to work under pressure
 Accuracy and details orientation: the employee has to be aware of the fact, that every break of securities reconciliation may endanger several processes such as settlement of customer instructions, corporate events, etc
 Complexity: the future employee should be able to think complexly (and not only to be focused on a single process step, he/she should be able to assume the risks and impacts on all areas)
 Knowledge: the candidate should be aware of the basics of security business, such as the differences between bond & shares, interest & dividends…
 Experience: the candidate should ideally have previous experience in banking area or in security operations
 Language Level:
 English: very good written and spoken English required (daily communication with internal and external parties)
 French/German: not mandatory but German is welcome
