- Manages the work in the accounting department. Responsible for mentoring of the subordinates and management of their training.
- Solves difficult accounting issues, checks for proper billing on a monthly basis.
- All current accounting activities in accounts payable and accounts receivable in the plant
- Asset accounting and inventory

- Payments and bank accounting
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements according Commercial Law and International Financial Reporting Standards
- Responsibility for the intercompany acceptance
- Independent work with financial issues in the international group of companies, such as the posting of Netting, Payment Factory, FX deals
- Master data creation and maintenance
- Maintenance of the operative chart of accounts

- Preparation of monthly VAT returns and answering sales tax questions about the incoming and outgoing accounts.
- Implementing a comprehensive preparation for external accountant and tax audit according to the Czech law and for the internal audits.
- Communicates and works together with external entities (eg. tax advisor, auditor, bank, tax office).
