* Project Management of various types of project as New Product Introduction, Value Engineering or Sustaining projects
* Leadership of multi-function project teams to achieve cost, investment, timescale and quality targets
* Identify and highlight process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project teams
* Facilitate and reinforce communication within project team members
* Report project progress in front of management committee
* Define project plan and track actions across entire project team consisting of R&D, marketing, sourcing, quality, production, finance
* Team will be internationally located in France, Germany, UK, Sweden, Slovakia and Czech Republic
