Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Utilize software tools in Windows or Unix to analyze, format and load data
* Perform testing of data models, permission models, configurations, and workflows and report the results in MS Excel
* Be able to follow documented steps in a procedure
* Develop Windows or Unix scripts / software to assist in the analyzing, formatting and loading of data
* Write Java, PHP, VB, C/C++ code to support the migration of code to new platform and prepare new application modules

* Must be familiar with the MS Office tools including MS Word, MS Access and MS Excel
* Knowledge of the UNIX environment
* Able to write / debug code in Perl, AWK, Unix shell scripting languages
* Oracle 8i experience including sql plus, PL / SQL
* PHP, Java, VB, C/C++ programming experience
* Capability and willingness to travel to Canada and USA for training
Nice to have:
* AIX experience
* Familiar with FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
* i2 Product Sourcing 6.0
* Weblogic / Websphere
