* Develop and maintain web application and related services using modern design frameworks (ASP.NET MVC, LINQ to EF, WCF, SQL Server 2008, Azure) ensuring its high performance and availability
* Work with management, designers and developers to define and implement new features

* Produce high quality code, mentor and lead junior developers

* Experienced in full cycle agile software development
* Passion for good software architecture, keeping up to date with tech, suggesting new approaches, libraries and software to improve
* Experience of trouble shooting, optimizing performance, able to balance non-functional and functional characteristics of the system as defined
* Working knowledge of Web Services, MVC WebAPI, REST, JSON/XML
* Keen to code for fun as well as for work
* 4+ years of .NET experience
* Experience with .NET, C#, MVC, ASP.NET, SQL
* Experience with scripting languages (Javascript, Powershell, …)
* Basic experience with MS SQL Server management
