Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

*This position is a critical partner on the Honeywell Automation & Control Solutions - Customer & Product Support (ACS-CP/S) Team dedicated to leading Change Management strategies and plans to ensure a successful business change management program. Partners with deployment leaders, CP/S PMO and HR business partners to ensure effective people methodology.
*Responsible for managing the Change Management project within ACS-CP/S to include things such as Organization assessment, stakeholder management, organization impact plan and communication
*Utilize Change & Learning methodology and localise for effective implementation into the program
*Support and coach the project team to ensure effective project processes are developed
*Responsible for the training approach (needs analysis, language, requirements, etc)
*Ensure that all users are identified and trained to the operate all business processes effectively
*Ensure User Readiness for Go-Live and support users through post go live period
*Leads the organization impact process and ensure that all plans are implemented to ensure the successful organisational transition to the CP/S solution (Organizational Impact Plan)
*Ensure timely and effective communication within the business
*Identify issues/challenges in the implementation and provide thoughtful solutions for the team

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

*Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resource, Business or related field
*Strong people management experience and knowledge of large system culture change
*Strong project management capability
*Excellent communication skills
*Ability to present clearly and with impact
*Analytical – collect raw data, understand it, draw good conclusions, articulate them into the meaning
*Influencing, excellent partnering skill, stakeholder management
*Process improvement and track record of successfully deploying change

*Significant experience with internal consulting and demonstrated ability to influence without authority
