Senior Project Leader – Brno

*We are expanding new technologies in ACS division. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager, who will be responsible for leading projects in a new division and will be part of our new team.

Job Description:
*Project Management (various types of project; NPI, MEP, VE) as assigned by Management
*Leadership of multi-function / multi-site project teams to achieve cost, investment, timescale and quality targets
*Close relationship to offsite product management and offsite virtual team members
*Ensure that all projects are performed and documented in line with ECC processes and procedures
*Ensure project information available within project management tools is accurate and up-to-date
*Identify and highlight process improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of project teams
*Facilitate and re-inforce communication within project team members
*Accountable for - on time / defined scope / defined quality – project delivery, release the product into production

Qualifications:
*Masters level University Degree in a technical field
*At least 4 years experience of Project Leading in a product development environment (preferably high volume)
*Demonstrable knowledge and experience of the steps required to move successfully project from idea to production and be able fully execute all the steps based on NPI
*Background experience of designing products which consists from Electronics and Software including
*Background experience of adopting technology like WiFi, Bluetooth, High Speed Processing
*Experience of product planning, product costing, and production process capability methodologies
*Written and verbal English language
*Project Management Professional certification is advantageous
