Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are looking for test Engineer who will join in Homes NA team. You will be a member of team focused on thermostats development. If you want to be responsible for testing new technologies and devices ensuring comfortable environment, send us your CV.
Position Responsibilities:
*Test internal tools and applications based on test documentation.
*Participate in preparation of test documentation (write test cases, drive test cases from requirements and review/refine requirements).
*Perform functional, scalability, stress, regression, and performance testing.
*Perform manual tests on a technical level, find and submit technical issues and validate resolved issues.
*Participate in preparation of automation testing of the internal tools and applications.
*Support the test case identification, definition, and management for projects.
*Define test management tool configuration to meet current and envisioned testing practices.
Qualifications:
*Experience in testing of software products/solutions (manual and automation testing), writing test documentation and test procedures.
*Experience in defining and executing test cases, as well as managing test activities and tracking defects.
*Experience with any test management tool (e.g. Quality Center, Test Director, MKS).
*Experience with any defect management tool (e.g. Jira, Fogbugz, TestTrack).
*Strong problem solving skills and demonstrated creativity.
*Able to use English on a daily basics
