Process engineer for metal (m/w)

* Analysis of existing production processes
* Conduct process audits
* Planning, implementation and documentation of standardized work processes
* Support for NPI (New Product Implementation) projects
* Implementation of new process design and process planning technologies
* Initiation of release and change processes
* Creation and modification of routings
* Implementation of various local process improvement projects, including budgeting and controlling
* Create flow charts, risk analysis and control plans
* Leading Kaizen Events

* Support of our production facility in Mosbach, Germany with often business trips there (2-3 weeks visits)

We are seeking for:
* Graduate manufacturing engineer or technician, working experience
* Knowledge of materials and manufacturing technologies (cast iron, bronze, brass)
* Experience with CAD, ProEngineer preferred, Microsoft Office applications
* High communication and teamwork skills
* Communication skills in German and/or English
* Knowledge of Lean Management Tools
* Analytical skills
* Knowledge of international standards (UL, CE, TUV, ISO 9000, etc.)
