* Responsible for the identification, development, implementation and standardization of roadmap for testing of turbochargers on engines within global Test Laboratory organization
* Lead technical evolution of our testing equipment to cope with new or outstanding requests from the engineering
* Improvements across the globe through utilization of matrix
* Drive of engine stand improvements accros the globe
* Preparing presentations for Global Test Laboratory

Qualifications:
* BA/MSC in Mechanical engineering with emphasis in engines
* Previous experience in engine testing
* Accountability for technical evolution of our testing equipment
* Advanced level of verbal and written communication skills in English
