Launch Engineer (00256351)

*Primary responsibility is to secure high quality and reliable product.
*Assure constant reduction of ppm and warranty failures and
*related cost of poor quality.
*Actively cooperate with customer and platform team to avoid and or mitigate product failures in early stage of development.
*Use APQP standard (e.g. DFMEA) and 6 sigma tools to improve quality of product
*Ensure product meet customer and internal technical, quality and reliability requirements.
*Provide feedback during design reviews
*Review qualification tests (TI) definition and results: To ensure alignment with specifications, To use results to predict reliability.
Requirements:
*B. S. in Engineering or equivalent
*Minimum 2 years engineering experience in an automotive or related environment
*Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt, Lean Expert certification advantage)
*Understanding of ISO-9001, ISO TS 16949 and quality procedures, APQP AIAG standards
*1-3 years experience in product development, engine or turbo-machinery experience preferred
