Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Analysis of the manufacturability of product designs
* Development of manufacturing processes, product launch, process scale-up, and process and equipment improvement activities
* Maintain strategy for current to future state transition of process capabilities
* Assemble and lead technical teams for identified projects and products, which may include personnel from Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development, Marketing, QA, and others
* Development of equipment, process and production standards (“Best practice”)
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in process development.
* Experience Design Control and Process Validation guidelines, Engineering Change Controls, ISO, and Design Control and Regulatory Procedures are required.
* Experience with statistical process tools required (SPC, Minitab, other statistical software).
* Experience with high volume manufacturing and new product introduction including direct experience in launching new products and processes required
* Experienced in using of process control tools such as FMEA, PMAP, and Cpk Analysis..
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
