Honeywell Safety Products (HSP) is part of the Honeywell Life Safety (HLS) business, and one of the most diversified manufacturers of Safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the world. We provide the broadest line of PPE available - from body protection with shoes and gloves to fall protection, respiratory, hearing or eyewear protection. Our goal is to enhance worker safety, improve productivity, and create confidence in both the workplace and the market place.

We are looking for the key player in area of Reliability Engineering to support projects across EMEA region for newly established group in Brno:

Scope of the job:
*Understand the level of product reliability required for different families of Personal Protective Equipment (Fall Protection, Respiratory, Eye, Head and Face Protection) used in various environmental and stress conditions.
*Perform as Reliability Engineer expert to spread the knowledge across EMEA region.
*Develop and implement reliability analysis, design, validation and assessment methods to support successful new product introduction and sustaining projects.
*Generate and/or approve test plans for product qualification and life testing.
*Partner with the R&D and quality engineers to implement those reliability test plans and draw conclusions from the results.
*Perform various reliability analysis – e.g. reliability predictions (modeled and field), reliability allocation, Failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), Weibull.
Requirements:
*Bachelor or Master Degree in an Engineering field (Mechanical, Electrical …).
*Experience in the area of Product reliability specification and testing – e.g. accelerated life test (ALT), stress tests, negative tests.
*Knowledge of reliability testing theory and statistical analysis methods (6Sigma) preferred.
*Familiar with electronic and/or mechanical testing equipments.
*Communicative, target oriented person who is able to act as a key player in selected area and share his knowledge with engineering departments.
*Written and verbal English language skills.
