Quality Engineer (00257614)

* Coordinate the whole APQP process to ensure the proper quality of the process and especially product in the stage of developing the prototype (advanced hearing)
* As key program NPI project team member, drive Design of Manufacturability to support common manufacturing processes
* Leads the development and introduction of quality systems, introduction of new products, processes and technologies by supporting Design, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering departments
* Applies broad or specialized quality engineering and related manufacturing principles and practices
* Ensure that product quality is according customer expectations and can be placed to another stage – production
Qualifications:
* Experience in Manufacturing, Materials, Procurement, Six Sigma, Lean, Program Management
* Experienced in using of process control tools such as FMEA, PMAP, and Analysis
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
* Must be able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and demonstrate a proficiency with geometrical dimensioning and tolerance
* Excellent interpersonal communications skills
