Java Developer - Security team – Brno

*We are looking for experienced candidate for a new senior position based in Brno.
In this role you will be responsible for software development R&D Security systems.

Job description:
*Responsibility for developing software using Java language on a variety of different systems, contributing to both small one off developments, as well as larger continuous developments.
*The Software engineer should have a keen interest in exploring the future possibilities of technology and reflecting this in their approach to development.
*Participate in firmware and application development projects within and across development sites.
*Maintain and support existing software and contribute to new product software development

Qualifications:
*Core knowledge and understanding of Computer Science and Software Engineering fundamentals
*A high standard of technical ability Java language
*Strong knowledge of one or more operating systems on Linux (Fedora, Red Hat, Oracle Linux)
*Network and IP architectures, protocols and standards
*Exposure to protocol analysers like wireshark
*Experience with computational computing or real-time processing
*Experience with web service development methodologies
*Knowledge and experience with database development (MS SQL, MySQL, NoSQL)
*Enjoys building large applications
*Agile and Iterative software development
*English language on a communicative level (both written and spoken)
*front end/back end programming experience or both
