Test Lead

Job Description:
*Develop integration and system test strategy in both manual and automated fashion. Create infrastructure and tools for functional and non-functional requirements.
*Lead system integration support for hardware, software, cloud infrastructure, back-end services and mobile applications
*Develop integration and system test strategy, infrastructure and tools for functional and non-functional requirements
*Develop performance test strategy
*Evaluate and manage integration issues with cross functional teams

Qualifications:
*At least Bc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
*Experience with system integration test, an iterative product development methodology and with embedded technologies and internet-based architectures
*Ability to explain complex problems and issues in understandable terms to technical and non-technical audiences in English (Czech is an advantage).
*Experience with a versioning system e.g. SVN, with work in distributed international teams
*Complete understanding of a software, hardware, and product development lifecycle from concept to launch/production
