Job description, responsibilities and duties
- Solving administrative problems with open invoices with buyers and suppliers in English language by telephone and e-mail.
- Coordination of payments with payment and data entry teams from the whole world, answering their questions and requirements related to payments and invoices on hold.
- Checking vendors statements, arrange missing invoices, preparing reconcilations and reports.
- Sending remittance advices.
- Processing of problematic suppliers invoices in SAP.
- Cooperation on preparing materials for internal and external audits.
- Communication with other shared centers within Honeywell.
