Job description, responsibilities and duties
Technical expertise (Human Factors)
•Lead R&D technology projects in the areas of:
• Crew interfaces/Application of HF knowledge in SESAR environment
• User Interface design
• Human Computer Interaction
• Leadership and visioning to develop and drive human factors research directions for the cockpit of the future;
• Conceptual design of future products and applications
• User requirements analyses such as function, task, and cognitive task analyses;
Identification and development of new products (Bussiness development role)
• Leading the transfer activity of research outputs into the productization. Contact point for COEs, managing this transfer.
• Representing HON in early involvement with European OEMs - influence/capture the OEM requirements in advance to prepare the products •
• Building relationhsips with EU funding agencies and EU research partners, participating in proposal activities.
• Responsible for developing program plans and defining the architecture of the products
