Customer Quality Engineer

As Customer Quality Engineer you will be in charge of:
*Responding quickly and effectively to customers, solving the issues in matter of quality and all requests.
*Leading customers satisfaction and cooperate with Supplier Quality Engineer.
*Tracking and reporting key customers quality metrics like PPM or 8D reports.
*Support the projects implementation, preparing and approving customers required quality, NPI and program changes, new launches, assuring the proper controls are in place.
*Obtains customers approvals for required products, processes or suppliers.
*Reporting and assuring all the documentation is completed.

Requirements:
*University degree from technical or industrial field is an advantage.
*Previous experience in quality management with focus on customers at least 2 years.
*Familiar with Six Sigma, Lean, 8D, PPM, ISO norms, certified quality auditor.
*Previous experience from automotive industry preferred.
*Very good knowledge production environment.
*Strong communication and presentation skills.
*Independent personality, orientation on results, proactivity.
*Advanced English and fluent Slovak is a must, other languages are an advantage.
