Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
HR Administration Specialist works with mostly internal Honeywell customers. It is responsible for timely delivery of high quality customer service in line with Honeywell HR processes and policies. In a multinational environment it will answer HR administration requests by emails/phone/face to face, cooperating with payroll, staffing department and HR managers.
Key Areas of Responsibility and Roles:
*HR documentation preparation: legal documents (contracts, amendments, terminations) and various confirmations.
*Processes connected to on-boarding of new employees.
*HR System data updates (PeopleSoft, local T&A system).
*Termination administration (e.g. preparation of employment confirmation, communication to respective departments.
*Benefits administration (e.g. health and insurance benefits, helping employees with standard questions and processes.
*Providing data and documents to payroll; cooperation with external payroll provider.
Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
*High School or Bachelors.
*Entry level, no experience required, but experience with work in a multinational corporate environment and in administration is welcome.
*Previous experience in Customer Service environment is a plus.
*Fluent English (spoken and written.
*Labor code knowledge is advantage.
*IT affinity (MS office, Outlook, very good Excel skills.
*Excellent organizational skills and be very detailed oriented.

*Understand customer requirements and priorities.
*Able to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships with clients/colleagues/suppliers at all levels.
