Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

As Supply Chain Manager your main responsibility will be to manage the site procurement, logistic and warehouse department and to increase the efficiency of the supply chain, providing communication through the site:
*Organizing and monitor all related activities to achieve the continuous improvement in all supply chain processes – highest quality in the shortest time for the lowest costs, optimizing the whole process, creating best practice,
*Management of material flow – providing smooth operations from getting material from suppliers to final products delivered to the customers on time,
*Team leadership and motivation (up to 40 members), coaching,
*Suggesting improvements of the processes, creating actions plans, change implementation, project management,
*Analyses and planning, reporting,
*Responsibility for the department budget and business strategy.

Requirements:
*University degree preferred from technical/business/economy field,
*Previous experience in supply chain/logistic/procurement at least 5 years,
*People leadership (bigger team) – at least 2 years,
*Proven successful project management/change implementation,
*Results and detailed oriented, open minded and self driven individuall,
*Very good communication and presentation skills,
*Familiar with corporate environment, production experience is big advantage,
*Fluent English and Slovak.
