Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* Participation for long term planning of new products for plant, integrated with MPS, SIOP and capacity plans
* Lead execution of pre-series, PPAP and production ramp-up to meet timing, quality and efficiency targets
* Receive, review and acknowledge requests for special batch production, ensure the schedule special batch production by line and shift in agreement with Supply Chain and Production management
* Manage the acceptance, storage and inventory control of non-homologated raw materials
* Co-ordinate attendance on line during build of trained manpower and key technical representatives
* Initiate and validate inspection and measurement of completed samples
* Ensure packaging and shipment of samples to customer requirements
* Record issues encountered during pre-series production and escalate teams concerned
* Measure performance of launch activities, and drive continuous improvement in launch processes
* Interface directly with the team involved in NPI and with customers to co-ordinate and support launch activity

University education (Master's degree)

English - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
* Secondary level education in technical or logistics field (machinery, design, construction, automation, process engineering, industrial management, logistics, supply chain etc.)
* Previous experience on similar position at least three years with product introduction and product implementation (NPI engineer, project manager in logistics, or industrial engineer, )
* Very high standards of quality and attention to detail
* Able to maintain discipline of regular reviews and reporting
* Familiar with MS Office
* Advanced knowledge of English (written and verbal)
* Independent personality bringing new ideas
* Previous experience on similar position at least three years with product introduction and product implementation (NPI engineer, project manager in logistics, or industrial engineer, )
