Software Design Engineer

We are looking for a Software Design Engineer for HOMES team. Its mission is to develop robust products connected through cloud system for millions of devices and users. Thermostat products provide remote control functionality through mobile application or web portal.
Brno team is responsible for the whole lifecycle of a connected products solution from the vision, architecture through design, development, testing to deployment to production.

What will be your responsibilities?

*Baselining and approving the Software design, designing Software Components
*Identifying and analyzing Design Risks and participating in Software Reviews
*Responsibility for Software Design
*Updating code and test software written in C/C++
*Ensure technical tasks are completed on-time and within given requirements

Requirements:
*Software Engineering background with a Master's degree in Engineering or IT
*Experience with programming of embedded systems - highly talented fresh graduates will be also considered
*Demonstrated understanding of C/C++ code programming of microcontrollers
*Basic knowledge of electronic circuits, ability to take measurements
*English required
