Job description, responsibilities and duties

We are currently searching for Senior Payroll Analyst with ambition to lead a small team and responsibility for our three local sites in Slovakia – Bratislava, Partizanske and Presov - Zaborske.

As Payroll Supervisor you will be in charge of leading all payroll activities within Slovakia, cooperating on global projects implemented on the sites:

*Completing all payroll activities in timely manner in terms of quality, accuracy and time effectiveness, ensuring smooth processing, ensuring all legislative deadlines and internal metrics are met,
*Assisting in resolving payroll issues, leading the process improvement projects,
*Providing communication to HR, finance, employees and 3rd parties (Local labor and social office),
*Supporting onsite processes,
*Generating reports,
*Cooperating with the Global Delivery Team responsible for Gross to Net calculation.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

*University degree (economy/finance major preferred),
*Previous experience at least 2 years in proceeding payroll for international company working in corporate environment
*Must be familiar with Slovak payroll specifics and local law
*Previous experience with coordinating/leading a small team (2-5) of people
*Microsoft Excel – advanced user
*Knowledge of SAP Payroll module is considered as an advantage
*Project management experience is an advantage (process/system implementation)
*Fluent English (verbal/written)
*Detail oriented personality, independent thinker, ability to prioritize, time management, good communication and presentation skills, team member
