Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

* Managing adequate stock at EDC
* Cross functional cooperation within the plant and communication with suppliers
* Acquiring , checking and managing material, consumables and services in order to ensure right and on time deliveries
* Establishing orders for material, follow their processing and speeding up the process in case of need
* Resolving claims concerning incorrect quantities of supplied good and quality defects including damage caused by transport
* Following the flow of documents (invoices, delivery notes, etc.)
* Readjusting priorities depending of production planning and purchasing input
* Ensuring to follow up 5S Process, supporting of continuous improvement (Kaizen)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University student
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) or French - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

* University Degree in Technical/Economic field
* Previous experience in similar role at least one year
* Ability to work in SAP program and Excel is a must
* Advanced English and French
* Very good communication and presentation skills
* Analytical thinking, negotiation and problem – solving ability
