Job description, responsibilities and duties

Are you searching for a job in finance but you always missed using languages at your work? Then we have a unique opportunity in our credit analysts team. You will gain knowledge in finance but at the same time you will be in contact with our customers where you can speak German and English.

* Responsible for collection of accounts receivable balances with customers from all around EMEA region
* Maintaining a smooth functioning credit portfolio
* Ensuring all the collection metrics are achieved on a portfolio of accounts.
* Cross-functional cooperation with sales, marketing and finance teams
* Evaluating credit risk, making recommendations on and/or setting temporary credit limits on new accounts
* Establishing and maintaining contact with customers concerning past due invoices, payment trends, resolution of disputed invoices, and other matters
* Liaising with different business functions related to customer disputes, invoice copies, proof of delivery, contract/purchase order issues, etc.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and German - Upper intermediate (B2)

Other knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Advanced
SAP - Basic

Personality requirements and skills

* Directly related experience in finance, accounting or customer service preferred
* Very good command of English and German
* Strong problem solving, interpersonal, and financial analysis skills.
*Goal oriented, motivated self-starter, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
*Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers required.
*Strong PC skills - good command of MS Office package (mainly excell)
