Vašou pracovnou náplňou bude:
•• Building up a team and problem managers
•• Ensuring fulfilment of SLA, Operational Level Agreement and KPI
•• Responsibility for running process and takeover of projects
•• Planning resources
•• Responsibility for service delivery, quality targets and customer satisfaction
•• Liaising with internal and international counterparts and business partners
•• Handling escalations according escalation procedure
•• Preparing regular analyses and leading meetings for management
•• Managing financials according to cost, revenue and production variance
•• Planned and analyzed costs, initiation of steps to decrease costs
•• Supervising the productivity and operational performance of the group
•• Managing recruiting and staffing for new business positions
•• Evaluation of performance and target management
•• Managed short and long term employee development and motivation
•• Performing annual salary check and remuneration management
