Job description, responsibilities and duties

•• Is the operational interface to the SC OPM/SDM/customer/management for the commissioned scope of service within the service chain. Plans, manages, controls and is responsible for the provision of the service element assigned to him/her in time / quality / cost.
•• Advises, innovations, supports and technical consultation to the SC OPM/SDM/customer/management with respect to commissioning and cost optimization, incl. cost calculation towards SDM.
• Advises top-level management on strategic and mission-critical issues, serves as the contact for highly sensitive issues and problems.
•• Extensive development and preparation of fundamental solutions, concept, regulation and measures in a particularly complex task area or relating to cross platform business processes with approach to improve efficiency and quality of delivered service chain in coordination with the SC OPM/SDM/customer/management and is accountable for their implementation.
•• Regularly communicates with the SC OPM/SDM/customer/management and related operation teams with respect to service, quality and costs. Is accountable for the compliance with the parameters for event, incident, change and problem management within the commissioned scope of service as set forth in the OLA/SLA.
•• High level of creativity for solving complex tasks under difficult conditions (time, budget, policies, resources, etc.).
•• Is accountable for the completeness, quality and maintenance of data in the asset and configuration management for the commissioned scope of service within the service chain.
•• Cooperates with cross-platform/unit concepts relating to reporting, ITIL processes, audits, security of systems and data protection. Following T-Systems ITIL processes, security rules and company guide lines. Extensive service awareness of customer core business processes, customer contracts and SLA.
•• Delivery Order Management - accountable for assignment of delivery orders, checking of delivery orders in content and time, tracking of delivery orders. Accountable for the ordered default reporting
