Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Control of financial accounting, tax accounting
• Preparation of financial and tax reports
• Preparation of tax registers
• Control of accounting of office expenses
• Control of accounts receivables and accounts payables
• Deferred tax calculation
• Provide an additional charge of customer information (details of companies, contacts, order communications, address, availability of maintenance agreement and its duration, the presence of debt, etc.) and to carry out its entry into e-business management system.
• To carry out the interaction with customers, identify their needs, to inform managers about the identified needs, to prepare the relevant documents, business proposals and contracts, send documents for approval to Customers.
• Bill invoices and send them to Customers.
• Inform customers about product availability and timing of their delivery.
• To establish contacts with customers (group of customers) to solve a variety of business issues.
Check the arrival of money under the contracts, to inform the management and make appropriate entries in the CRM.
• Supervise the compliance with deadlines and end technical support contracts, on time to prepare, guide customers and implement the relevant approval of the supplementary agreements and treaties.
• Collect feedback from customers for timely response.
• Participate in the preparation of presentations, exhibitions, events. Fix and organize information coming from exhibitions and other events to provide account managers with it.
• Prepare a variety of reports on behalf of the Area manager (Area Director) and managers.
• Perform other official orders of the Area manager (Area Director) and managers.
• In the case of changes of configuration or prices, used by the Customer in a timely manner to prepare the corresponding contracts for maintenance or additional agreements.
• If necessary, negotiate commercial deals with the manufacturer's technical department and specialists.
• Inform the project department to transfer projects from sales to implementation (by sending the dossier).
• Store the resulting copy of the job description in the workplace.

University education (Bachelor's degree)

Požadované zkušenosti 3 roky a více
• Higher education,
• Chief accountant/ Senior accountant experience 3 years and more,
• Excellent knowledge of all accountant issues,
• Experience of successful completion of audits and tax
audits
• IFRS knowledge will be
• Experience at HR documents, legal documents and Custom registration knowledge will be a great advantage
• Full time work hours
• Excellent command in English both written and spoken
