GTS support specialist - Europe IOT
Job description |
"Employee in this role will be responsible to support IOT cadence decks and repository, management system for GTS (Global Technology Services) VP Operations in Europe – direct support to Vicente Garcia Latorre and Jaime Arrazola Vacas. The candidate would be working very closely with the IOT multiple times per day and high flexibility is required. Huge benefit of this role is high visibility on the IOT level, attendance in decision-making meetings and the opportunity to gain deep business knowledge. Main activities include: Reporting and management system - gather materials to prepare decks for cadence calls - control and grant accesses team rooms and connections - on top of regular calls, create documentation and decks for ad-hoc meetings - actively participate in meetings, take meeting minutes and follow up on open action items - revalidate the documentation created on high level into a more detailed and structured form - execute regular and ad-hoc reports Required skills: Excellent communication in English considering English speaking client Excellent MS Office Excel knowledge Ability to multitask Ability to deal with client at senior level Ability to work under pressure, make decisions to meet critical deadlines Ability to work independently Positive, with pro active attitude, flexible, open-minded and detail oriented. Incomplete staff work is intolerable." |
