Job description

IBM BT/IT plays a unique and integral role in driving key business decisions, supporting operations and influencing business results.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor TaskID "Global IW LDW Support", answer on general questions correct and in time, forward specific questions to the correct SMEs or teams, analyze differences regarding data quality in provided reports
- Analyze data inconsistencies together with other teams ( between production upstream and downstream applications) to solve them and prevent them repeating in future
- Problem Management/ Change Management (correcting data, e.g. incidents in IGA ISM/TSRM )
- Maintain knowledge database (in Wiki, remove obsolete information)
- Provide user notification emails, coordination of ID creation and management
- Maintain existing Brio reports, create new SQL based on request, upload Brio reports to BI@IBM and adaption of picking lists
- Support special group of users with pre-built reports in BI especially for Greenock fulfilment team and CF datamart users

Required
- At least 2 years experience in Coordination and leadership skills (preferably Project management experience)
- At least 2 years experience in Strong communication skills (written and oral in English)
- At least 2 years experience in Creatvie problem solving and Analytical skills
- SQL/QMF,Brio - advancedBrio
- SAP - advanced users
- TSRM, RTC (tools), Cognos - basic
