Job Description: 2nd level production support specialist with primary focus on maintaining our integrated system to enable proposal generation, facilitate contract management including contract billing. Main responsibilities concentrate on providing support (QMF) to our end user community and problem resolution. The specialist will need to perform and follow up on system and data integrity checks and support colleagues on projects which aim to improve system's performance and availability. A specialist should continuously look for opportunities to automate manual work while making sure to bring added value to our end user community.
