| "JOB DESCRIPTION: The position is closely related to CIAS (Common Intercompany Accounting System). Previous experience with CIAS system welcome, but not mandatory. The candidate must be willing to learn the system from accounting user perspective. Given specific requirements, the candidate will be given entry-level responsibilities (table updates, source control) before full-scope responsibilities can be assumed. CIAS System Analyst job description: Provide WW support for Intercompany systems/process (CIAS/ISB/ICA/CCSS) Analyse system issues, determine problems and recommends solutions Ensure that system table settings are correct and will produce required results Drive required changes to the four application (communicate with counter parts to accurately formulate business requirements, requirements review and provide input to detailed design, develop and review test cases and test plans, active participation in testing) Provide tactical workarounds when system solution require long delivery Provide extended system support in case of system emergency situations Requirements: Accounting knowledge, at least basic QMF user Excel advanced user ability to work independently, organize calls, co-ordinate small projects Analytical and logical thinking Good communication skills Good team player with ability to work under pressure " |
