Services Senior Sales Representative

Are you ready for?
- In this role, you should have the experience and knowledge to be the key seller of new business opportunities around complex projects and services to clients.
- You establish strong, trusted relationships with clients on executive level through ability to articulate solutions.
- You identify new business opportunities, creatively participate in the development and sales of solutions, and are responsible for IBM (defined division) winning the business.
- Developing and progressing the opportunities, handle complex RfPs and you will also Influence the go to market strategy.

What would be your responsibilities?
- managing business relationships with clients and potential clients in Slovakia (Commercial or Public sector)
- developing key sales relationships and developing the strategies and tactics which will enable to win the business for IBM
- project planning and development, assessing and leading the team-up to present the complex solution to client's need.
- handling internal end to end processes related to offer submissions

What do you need for your success?
- university degree (in economics or IT) or advanced degree (e.g. MBA)
- Fluent in Czech/Slovak and in English
- at least 2 year experience in systems implementation and integration of complex solutions is an advantage
- at least 5 year experience in leading sales independently and developing client relationships
- strong team management skills, excellent relationship building skills, highly motivated and able to motivate others, pro-active and ambitious, independent, self-driven
- willing to travel (mainly in country)

In case of Public sector coverage:
-knowledge of public tender procedures, practical knowledge about EU procedures and available funds
-understanding of trends, directions and goals concerning central administration and public sector institutions in Slovakia as well as competitor strategies and offerings
network of key individuals desirable

In case of Commercial sector coverage:
- knowledge of the local market and network of key individuals including C-level
- understanding of trends, directions and goals concerning multiple industry sectors in Slovakia as well as competitor strategies and offerings (Banking, Utility are desirable)
