Business Operations Professional 

Job description
Working for Business Management Operations Center in Bratislava, you will be responsible for supporting the business reporting, metrics and information needs across the Global Technology Services businesses in Europe, MEA and North America. This role includes a complete ownership of reporting tools’ portfolio including their development, deployment and maintenance in line with customer needs whilst building on and strengthening a mutual relationship with our stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Executing and supporting the business management reporting, metrics and information needs across Global Technology Services’ businesses worldwide
- Ownership of reporting tools’ portfolio including their development, deployment and maintenance in line with customer needs
- Constantly building on and strengthening a mutual relationship with our clients
- Assessing business problems or requests and formulating solutions focusing on improving performance and productivity
- Designing and implementing elements and solutions that fulfil business management reporting by developing advanced functionality and deliverables
- Consulting on best practices and implications of specific proposals including correct interpretation of user requirements resulting to development and design
- Confering with users / peers and continually focus on delivery of client value, keeping
client satisfaction high and maintaining good communication with the client through to
completion of each task
- Responsible for providing assistance and training in all aspects of the reporting tools

Required
  • Master's Degree
  • At least 2 years experience in VBA/MS Excel
  • At least 6 months experience in experience with SQL
  • At least 6 months experience in experience with ODBC management, Windows 7 setup and administration, knowledge of relational databases
  • Basic knowledge in other programming language is advantage (e.g. JavaScript, VBA in MS Office pack, Lotus Notes development)
  • Basic knowledge in experience with Cognos BI environment both as a user and a developer is advantage
  • English: Fluent
