Digital Commerce Specialist 

Job description
Candidate will have to learn and understand IBM portfolio of services and work together with marketing and sales organization to define which of those are eligible for digital sales channel. Candidate will work closely with digital marketing organization and sales organization to ensure appropriate design of end to end digital selling scenarios. Candidate will need to plan end to end implementation of selling scenario, coordinate the project and report back the ROI.
We are looking for candidates with Polish, Romanian, Slovenian, Latvian, Russian and Hungarian language.

Daily duties might consist of:
- Creation of an end to end digital buying journey and how to match it with the specific product to create seamless customer experience and increase customer conversion
- Planning and delivering the prospect and existing customer ecommerce strategy in line with the overall sales and marketing strategy
- Lead generation is his/her second name, practically knows digital selling rules, techniques, tools, channels.
- Development and implementation of short and long term digital selling strategies to increase website traffic, conversion to leads, average order value (AOV), profitability and reduce cart abandonment.
- Report and seek business intelligence, competitor analysis and performance analytics on a regular basis.
- Has experience on analyzing web data/KPIs and is able to optimize sales process/customer experience based on it
- Should know that SEO is not just about ,,title'' and ,,keywords''
- Explore, define and implement innovative on-site solutions and tactics to drive digital selling of IBM products and services, acquire new customers and retain current customers.
- Is comfortable with Social Media and Affiliates from a commercial perspective
- Is able to optimize site design to promote a seamless customer experience and increase customer conversion
- Collaborate with Sales & internal stakeholders on eCommerce strategy development and implementation
- Work closely with other channels and business units to understand the “bigger picture”
- IS able to manage project budget and reporting

Required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 1 year experience in Digital sales
  • At least 1 year experience in Social media
  • At least 1 year experience in Digital marketing
  • English: Fluent
