With Finance professionals (in Finance and Accounting) the breadth and the depth of the job roles offers tremendous career opportunities for those candidates who want to start or progress their careers in Accounting and/or Finance. If you want to start or shift your career towards Finance and Planning and you have the appropriate Finance (university degree and/or working experience) and interpersonal skills (communication in international environment, team work, accept challenge) then IBM is the right company for you. We currently offer the position of Expense and Resource Analyst / Controller in the Finance and Planning International Center Bratislava. As trusted business advisor the comprehensive scope of responsibility contains: Accountability across IBM's HW, SW brands and Infrastructure units within Europe Expense, revenue, gross profit and resource analysis Budget and forecast deployment Affordability analysis and highlighting out-of-line situations Assessment calculation Reporting of actual results and gap analysis versus the assigned targets/objectives Recommendations to the business units and driving actions with the management to secure budget achievement Close collaboration with other Finance teams, Accounting, Business Unit, Incentive and Commission and IBM Supply Chain Management reporting, Business Units' Top Management support on a daily basis and presentation of actual results to the IBM Executive Team on a regular basis Required Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance, Economics or Business/Management Basic knowledge in Double entry bookeeping At least 1 year experience in Microsoft Excel English: Fluent Preferred Master's Degree Additional information Language skills English fluent in spoken and written Any additional language skills like French, Italian and German would be appreciated |
