| We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our European Talent Search Team based in Bratislava. The team acts as an IBM internal recruitment agency and is part of a wider global set up. This role will suit someone who has worked in a recruitment /human resources field and is comfortable working in an international and virtual environment. The Recruitment Specialist: - will work in a team responsible for sourcing and head-hunting professionals for open roles within IBM Europe in a timely and effective manner - will use a variety of tools and techniques to head-hunt suitable active/passive candidates, being innovative when candidates are not found using more traditional techniques - will be able to sell the IBM Employer Value Proposition to prospective candidates, to understand candidates’ aspirations and how they would fit into the IBM organization - will conduct telephone interviews to ensure that identified candidates meet specified criteria and qualifications - will be targeted on the number of placements made as well as on the quality of candidates sourced - will work both independently and as part of wide virtual European Recruitment Team - will build and maintain effective business relationships at all times with Recruiters and Hiring Managers - will be required to research information on competitors, to provide market intelligence and market insight to the clients/managers -will deal with senior candidates as well as IBM senior management where mature attitude is a necessity - will participate in recruitment/HR projects on global level Key Skills Required for this role : - Recruitment/HR experience, preferably 12 months or more - Client relationship and client management skills - Organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize own workload - Communication and networking skills - Ability to work under pressure - Tenacious - Self-motivated, self-starter - Must be comfortable and experienced with working in a virtual team as well as working in an international/matrix environment - Fluent English required Nice to have: - Experience of utilizing internet job boards and appreciation of social media - Experience of sourcing candidates via key word and skill search - Experience of conducting market research and market mapping to provide valuable insight/intelligence back to clients - International working experience Ideally, we are seeking multi lingual candidates who can communicate in English plus one other language ie German or French or Spanish or Russian or Polish.
