IGA Business Analyst US

Job description

The Business Analyst supports a specific set of IBM internal Business Units/Brands, providing assistance to create and maintain Account ids, that are used to establish a full recovery of costs for the IBM Account within ITD in the US. The role requires the following daily tasks to be performed:

-Create new account ID’s and Work items
-Update/Close account ID’s and Work items
-Validation of account ID’s
-Validation of Cost sheets
-Create charge reports


Key Responsibilities:

- Process Management and Maintenance of Functional mailbox for customer requests
- partial support of US time zone required
- Account Financials and Cost Management, as requested
- Assist Cost Pool owners with Billing and Recovery issues
- Support account structure changes
- Monthly claim reports and labor reconciliation as requested
- Analysis and Billing Support for fixed and variable costs
