What your daily task will look like?
- Deliver and maintain a next-generation platform to support IBM's enterprise content strategy through the following activities:
- Work with product management and technical leaders to design, develop, and document code to support applications associated with our software releases
- Collaborate with a world-wide development, test, and product management team and user community
- Implement complex user requirements with high system performance, reliability, and ease of use
- Drive innovation through the adoption of best coding practices, tooling, and processes related to software development and design/architecture
- Troubleshoot, debug, and solve problems

What do you need for your success?
- Computer Science or related major, Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 3 years of development experience
- Client/server architecture, design patterns, and development (Java-based clients and server-side components)
- Experience with Java API programming: XML/SAX, SOAP (JAX-WS)
- Experience with Agile (scrum) development
- Experience with build automation: ANT, shell scripts, Gradle, Jenkins, Nexus
- Experience with Operating Systems: AIX or Linux; Windows; Mac OS
- Excellent English communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
