Position Summary

• Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
• Sets up vacation days, sick or personal days, group health insurance and communicates about them to employees
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Coordinates company recruiting program

• Internal/external job postings, scheduling interviews, background checks
• Responsible for tracking of all incoming candidate resumes
• Process all external responses to job applicants
• Conduct interviews

• Conduct new employee orientations and exit interviews
• Assists in developing and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
• Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
