Locations: Saskatoon, Regina, Moose Jaw, Prince Albert, Fort Qu’Appelle, Yorkton, Nipawin

- Supervising, and scheduling the activities of staff
- Ordering inventory and stock required for meal preparation
- Maintaining records of stock
- Training staff in job assignments
- Preparing food summaries for chef
- Ensuring quality control standards are met
- Establishing methods to meet work schedules

Fees:
- IIBC is charging service fees for preparation of work permit application for successful candidates.
- the total for IIBC services is $2000 + 5% GST = $2100
- Before arrival to Canada and start of work a deposit of $525 CAD is required. The rest is divided into 3-4 payments (3-4 months) starting upon arrival to Canada.
- The worker is also responsible for a work permit processing fee of $155 CAD to the Canadian Embassy, the flight costs and sufficient money to pay first month rent + damage deposit and money for food and other necessities.
