Carpenter/Construction Foreman

IIBC's client CityLife Investment Corp. is looking for candidates for positions of a Construction Foreman. The ideal candidate has experience with Commercial Projects and strong background in carpentry.

Years of Experience: 4+ years
English Level: Good
Length of Innitial Contract: 2 years
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Starting Wage: $22/hour to start

Responsibilities:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints
• Laying building foundation
• Boarding and armour plating
• Rebar installation
• Pouring and finishing concrete
• Prepare framing for cement
• Putting up scaffolding (only an asset, not required)
• Finishing the building and ceiling
• Metal and wood studding
• Installation of drywall
• Installation of windows and doors
• Painting (only an asset, not required)

The employer offers a 2-year contract with the possibility to apply for permanent residence in Canada

The employer pays for complete immigration assistance to the selected worker. Also, free of charge is relocation & settlement service, which includes: airpoirt pick-up, accomodation assistance, social insurance number, health card, bank account, city tour, employer introduction, driver's license and many other things needed to help you settle in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Employee is reponsible for a flight to Canada and $155 CAD fee to the Canadian government for a work permit.

Also, employees pay their own rent and food and any other day-to-day expenses
