• German speaking “Customer Service” Opportunities available – Starting 8th June, 29th June, 4th July and 27th July
• Monthly Salary up to 28000 CZK (Upto1120 EURO) depending on experience, with a joining bonus of 24 000 CZK (960 EURO). Performance and language bonuses – value up to 6500 CZK (up to 260 EURO) - An excellent package!!!

Your responsibilities
• Provide support and customer service on smart phones and other telecommunication devices, diagnose the issue and provide a path to resolving inquiries
• Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve their issue

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

German - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

Our requirements
• Fluency in German language(Spoken & Written) for communication with native speakers
• English language (Spoken & Written) on a sufficient level to understand all training – Technical and Customer Service
• Analytical thinking
• Customer Focus
• Good computer skills
• Flexible to work in shifts (no night shift)
• Minimum 12 month commitment
