As a Field Service Technician, you will be directly assigned to perform routine and extended maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, commissioning, and other service tasks on Jenbacher gas engines.

Your daily assignments:

• Installation, maintenance, repairs on Jenbacher gas engines for customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical, electronic and mechanical faults
• Analysis Create a report on common faults and describe the background of this fault
• Building and maintaining a good relationship with the customers

Application requirements:

• High school/apprenticeship in automotive mechanic, automotive mechanic, agricultural mechanic, mechanic
• Professional experience as a service technician is welcome
• Strong technical and analytical understanding
• Fluent Czech and/or Slovak language skills, pre-Intermediate level of English/German (min. A2 level) is a must
• Customer focused, independent, resilience
• Work effectively as part of a team of technicians or independently
• Ability to learn and develop
• Willingness to travel several days per week away from home (80%) for work purposes
• Category B driving licence

An advantage:

• Electrical certification (Vyhláška 50), Certification for work on gas equipment
• Experience in gas engines
• Experience in troubleshooting and diagnostics
• Electrical installation and diagnostic skill
• Speaking and understanding English/German
