Information about the position

Job description, responsibilities and duties

• Development and implementation of marketing strategy and marketing & PR plans;
• Oversee and implement product development policies, objectives and initiatives;
• Management of marketing & product development budgets;
• Perform extensive analysis and evaluation of existing card products; general assessment of the terms and conditions of existing card products;
• Search for new partners in design and organize partnership;
• Participate in new products design; prepare description and initial design;
• Develop and implement loyalty programs (insurance, partnership);
• Set the strategic vision of the benefits of existing and new products
• Participate in submitting applications to Visa, MasterCard and First Data
• To define her/his vision of “super-card”;
• Recommend and execute the tactical and strategic direction in terms of new product development and management;
• Develop in-depth awareness and understanding of up-to-date market and industry trends through networking and liaison with product and service providers: MasterCard, Visa, system vendors, card vendors, bill printing vendors, etc.;
• Participation in Company’s WEB projects;
• Development of regulation documents for department’s processes;

• Broad knowledge and experience in banking retail market, card products, card infrastructure, providers and partners;
• Demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience in credit card management to drive a sound and profitable credit card business;
• Exceptional knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices;
• Previous project management experience through managing complex projects;
• Solid business acumen, management, and problem-solving skills;
• Good presentation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Effective time management and organizational skills;
• Illustration of ability to drive results to achieve a win/win solution
• High level of self-drive and self–motivation.
• Initiative, ability to work under pressure, responsibility.
