Job description, responsibilities and duties
Key responsibilities:
• Cooperation with partners for accurate navigation of clients to healthcare and Wellness facilities
• Proceeding wellness and health related requests
• Filtering incoming emails, queries, phones calls and invitations by redirecting or taking forward as appropriate
• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the wellness, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle health
• Engagement with partners
• Search and analysis of information in luxury health and wellness lifestyle segment
• Providing an adequate assistance to a distressed client and assistance to appropriate wellness expertise at the clients request
• Processing and analyzing the provided information for further directions
• Preparation of commercial proposals for the client (clinics, hospitals, spas)
• Database maintenance, daily reports
• Identifying the nature of request -
o Urgent – Fast track – ASAP connection/arrangement with Partner Clinics, Doctors etc
o Non urgent – same day
• Arranging wellness and health appointments and client related activities
• Co-ordination with wellness and health partners
• Providing research and information support
• Preparation and editing of documents, presentations
• Ensure confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work

• Excellent written and spoken communications skills
