Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Support existing and future business partners
• Maintain and increase Importing and Distributing partners structure
• Secure and increase the sales targets given by the company
• Act as an business development, search and obtain the new possibilities
• Develop sales strategies and set up targets for distribution partners
• Comply and make analyses of the sales figures
• Report effectively to the International Sales
• Adapt, co-work and supervise the marketing projects for the Distribution partners
• Keep up to date with products and competitors on the International and Regional leve

• At least 3 years of experience in International company as Area Sales Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must
• MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, others), CRM experience is required
• Very strong self-motivation connected with high level of communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work with high efficiency in the International team as well as independently
• Driving license
