Sales and Administration Support
Administration, order processing and accounting

Responsibilities:
• Order processing:
taking over inquiries, order entry, handling of orders and follow-up
• Administration:
office organization, company correspondence, support of sales engineer, compiling data for reports and statistics, contact with bank and local authorities
• Accounting:
posting of bank statements and invoices, cashbook
• Support of headquarters in Vienna

• Preferably with 2-3 years experience in accounting, administration or order processing
• Fluent written and spoken English language skills, German is a plus
• Excellent computer skills (MS office)
• Flexibility and readiness for regular business trips to headquarters (Vienna)
• Reliable personality, accurate and responsible work attitude
• Ability to plan and organize work on own initiative, motivated and self-driven
