Job description, responsibilities and duties
This position is responsible for providing service and system engineering support for our customers across Europe.
• Perform installation, start-up, maintenance, servicing and commissioning of control and safety systems;
• Provide on-site support to customers in solving problems through consultation, diagnosis, problem verification, status reporting and resolution;
• Implement corrective action if necessary, either directly or through other service personnel;
• Perform various tasks at customer’s site according to local management requirements: system troubleshooting, database configuration and reporting.

• Engineering degree in IT, Electronics or Industrial Automation;
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of related professional experience;
• Previous PLC/DCS programming experience is an advantage;
• Understanding of industry electrical safety standards and regulations;
• Valid driving license;
• Flexibility and willingness to travel (up to 50%);
• Fluent English is required, fluent German is a major plus;
• Good multicultural awareness, strong interpersonal and communication skills and customer approach.
• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of related professional experience;
